America’s most prestigious barbecue cooking competition, the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest announced the winners of the ancillary cooking competitions “Anything But” categories – Exotic, Beef, Seafood and Poultry; Franks Red Hot Hot Wings Competition; Cattlemen’s Best Sauce – Tomato, Mustard and Vinegar.

Frank’s Red Hot Hot Wings

2^nd Place                     $750 Smoke Masters – Bartlett TN

3rd Place                     $500 Half-Porked – Olive Branch MS

On Saturday one competitor will be named Grand Champion at the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest taking home at least $14,500 in prize money!

Final awards include: Whole Hog, Shoulder, Rib, Patio Porkers, the Kingsford Tour of Champions and Grand Champion. The award ceremony will start at 6:30 p.m. with featured entertainment Jason D. Williams taking the stage at 8 p.m.
