Caesars Entertainment Executives Who Started Careers in Tunica Return to Senior Positions at Horseshoe Tunica and Tunica Roadhouse

 

TUNICA, Miss., May 18, 2016 – Matt Earnheart, vice president of marketing; and Andre Jackson, director of hotel operations are two rising star executives in the gaming, entertainment, and lodging industries that started their careers in Tunica and have recently returned to Tunica in senior executive capacities at Horseshoe Tunica and Tunica Roadhouse casinos.

A Tunica native, Matt Earnheart joined the Caesars team for the first time in October of 2006, where he worked as a regional senior database marketing analyst, database marketing manager, and director of regional marketing. As the vice president of marketing, Earnheart oversees operations for the following departments: marketing, casino marketing, entertainment, special events, and bus group operations at both Caesars Tunica locations.

 

Having earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and his Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University, Earnheart earned both of his degrees as he continued to grow as a professional.

 

Andre Jackson earned his Bachelors of Hotel and Restaurant Management from one of the top five hospitality schools in the nation, the Conrad Hilton College University of Houston. He has been recognized as a Caesars Chairman’s award winner for Diversity, “40 under the age of 40 top leaders in the country” by Global Gaming Magazine, and also served as a Mission, Vision, Values committee member. He previously worked as a VIP Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement/Total Service Manager and a Front Office Supervisor at the Grand Casino in Tunica. Jackson most recently served as the Assistant Director of Hotel Operations at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

 

As the new Director of Hotel Operations, Jackson will control the hotels’ day-to-day operations including Front Office, Front Services, Valet, and Housekeeping, all while ensuring the highest standard of customer service, comfort, and safety.
