As Marketing Communications Administrator Leah Kiernozek organizes and coordinates inter-office activities and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. In addition to managing the day-to-day office operations, she serves as the project trafficker and oversees all project workflow to ensure materials are produced with accuracy and on time.
Kiernozek graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015. Her experience in the restaurant industry combined with the responsibilities of a full-time student and those she undertook as a college news editor taught her excellent time management skills and strengthened her ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform efficiently under pressure.
Before joining Morris Marketing Group, Kiernozek discovered her passion for sharing stories and helping others in her role as Communications Specialist at Morning Pointe Senior Living and Independent Healthcare Properties. As a proud team member with a strong desire to learn new traits, she approaches all projects with enthusiasm and takes on new challenges with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, coloring, and spending time with her son, Lincoln.
