Whiskey, Wine & Dine to Benefit Special Olympics of Greater Memphis on November 8

MEMPHIS, TENN., October 10, 2019 – The 2019 Special Olympics Whiskey, Wine & Dine presented by Cotton Row Uniques, LLC and Germantown Village Wine & Liquor offers a stellar culinary and wine experience to benefit Special Olympics of Greater Memphis on Friday, November 8, 2019, 6:30 p.m., at the Tower Center, 5100 Poplar Avenue, 33rd Floor. General admission tickets are $125 per person and sponsorship opportunities are still available starting at $1,500. This year’s dinner will also include whiskey in addition to wine, which we believe provides our guests a variety of options to complement the cuisines,” said Lisa Taylor, Director, Special Olympics Greater Memphis. “We gratefully thank our presenting sponsor Cotton Row Uniques LLC and Germantown Village Wine & Liquor for their support and hard work on behalf of Special Olympics, which works diligently to provide sports competition and training programs for Mid-South individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families at no charge.”

Guests will mingle between tasting tables as they enjoy the chefs’ preparations and whiskey and wines selected by Germantown Village Wine & Liquors to highlight and complement each bite. Guests also may browse and bid in a silent auction on items including a one-night stay at Peabody Memphis and a four course dinner for two at Chez Philippe, TPC Southwind golf outings, High Point Climbing and Fitness gift card, and other local entertainment. A live auction will be held during the event and include items such as a bourbon tasting for ten guests, party for ten guests at Mike Miller’s Let It Fly Sports Bar including food, drinks, and virtual golf, and more.
