Valerie’s track record of setting goals and delivering against those goals is second to none, whether she is tasked with increasing sales, increasing brand recognition, building a world-class team, or creating a one-of-a-kind fundraising event, Valerie’s ability to assess a situation, build and implement a strategic plan, and deliver desired results has served the organizations and teams she has been a part of well.
As a seasoned communications professional, Valerie has shepherded teams and large organizations through highly stressful, tragic, and high profile crisis and media situations with calm precision. Valerie has the proven ability to connect with organizations and their stakeholders effectively delivering desired messaging and outcomes to senior management through specialized teams to thousands of line-level employees and a broad customer base.
Valerie is committed to her community serving as past chairman of numerous non-profit organizations and on various boards, assisting in fundraising, consulting, and coordinating. Valerie has countless awards for her accomplishments over the years including being named to such groups as Delta Magazine’s “Super Business Women,” RSVP Magazine’s “Women with Drive,” Casino Management Magazine’s “Great Women of Gaming Rising Star,” Alzheimer Association’s volunteer of the year, the Memphis Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, the Jeff Piselli Media Support Award, The Tennessee Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution recognized her as the Memphis Chucallissa Chapter Outstanding Member, and the American Culinary Federation named Valerie their first-ever female “Chef of the Year.”

Patrick Collins has been marketing and communicating to consumers in the Mid-South for over 15 years.
Practicing public relations throughout his career, local news agencies and reporters have come to rely on Patrick’s accountability, thoroughness, creativity, and results-oriented work style when they need to get the story and deliver the report. Conversely, Patrick’s constituents enjoy his ability to understand and develop the news angle, deliver results, and report on those results.
Patrick has overseen numerous brands and marketing strategies for varying outlets developing creative and effective advertising messages and campaigns while growing relationships in the marketing and editorial departments of media partners. An early adopter of social media, Patrick is well versed in digital media tools, strategies, and techniques to give brands life in the digital space and keep the online conversation alive.
A well-versed writer, Patrick is a go-to resource to produce executive level communications targeted to varied audiences from senior executive peers, entire organizations, certain employee groups, or the general public.
Having worked in the gaming industry nearly ten years, Patrick understands the highly regulated and complex industry and has consistently delivered desired results.
