Over the course of this project, Leadership Memphis was successful in building a COVID-19 vaccination campaign that penetrated into the targeted areas of Shelby County with a message that appeared to positively influence COVID-19 vaccinations.
Through evidence-based finetuning of their marketing strategy (e.g., the use of trusted local community leaders to convey vaccine messaging, the addition of additional Spanish Social Influencer ads, and increased focus on social media marketing), they effectively expanded their original campaign to broaden their reach and positively affect COVID vaccination decisions.

Morris Marketing Group created a new logo and theme for Martin Luther King Jr. Days of Service that when paired with great community partnerships and increased public relations efforts allowed Leadership Memphis and Volunteer Memphis to “own” Martin Luther King Jr. Days of Service for the Mid-South Market.
Morris Marketing Group worked alongside Leadership Memphis, Volunteer Memphis and their local media sponsors/partners to create and provide advertisements ensuring Leadership, Memphis and Volunteer Memphis received as much media sponsor value as possible over, $15,000.

While COVID-19 did affect business negatively, MMG was proud to be able to report the following results despite the global pandemic that reduced elective procedures and overall retail sales.

The Medtronic Interventional Downstream Vertebral Compression Fracture Market team approached Morris Marketing Group to help garner earned media and mass media exposure for the Medtronic Balloon Kyphoplasty procedure/therapy.
Morris Marketing Group used primary research in the form of interviews with Medtronic staff to understand Medtronic’s Balloon Kyphoplasty, project goals, and organizational procedures. Primary research was used throughout the initiative in the form of interviews with patients and doctors to relate their story back to media professionals and outlets. Secondary research was used to better understand Medtronic’s Balloon Kyphoplasty, competitor procedures, the general market dynamics, and the current media landscape both traditional as well as digital as it pertains to Balloon Kyphoplasty.
